Tuition waiver

I have applied for a tuition waiver at school. There was lined of many students. About 8 minutes was required for reception per a person usually, but I took 2 minutes. Because I 'm an old hand.I did it like George Clooney in the movie, Up in the air when he check in at the airport. I hope it works out.
